Highlights of Buy Back Scheme:

  1. Under Subvention the client has to take a loan from the bank.
  1. Subvention period is 36 months
  1. There is Zero interest & Zero EMI on the loan taken by the client under subvention for a period of 36 months or offer of possession whichever is earlier.
  1. The interest will be borne by Raheja Developers for the subvention period.
  1. The EMI starts after 36 months ie Subvention Period Ends the client starts paying EMI to the bank on the loan taken.
  1. There is no pre payment penalty to pay off the bank loan.
  1. Client pays :- Rs 8818 PSY + 25% of other charges
  •  Client will pay 10% of  BSP + 10% of EDC/IDC + 10% of PLC + 10% of Club Membership + 10% of IFMS at the time of booking
  • 15% of BSP + 15% of EDC, IDC + 15% of PLC + 15% of Club Membership + 15% of IFMS within 60 days of booking
  • Balance amount shall be funded by the bank under subvention scheme. Client’s EMI starts after possession.

He gets assured buyback rate of  41625 PSY , i.e an assured appreciation of 6350 PSY after 36 months.

The client gets a return of 72% in 36 months (Annual Return – 24%)
