- Under Subvention the client has to take a loan from the bank.
- Subvention period is 36 months

- The interest will be borne by Raheja Developers for the subvention period.
- The EMI starts after 36 months ie Subvention Period Ends the client starts paying EMI to the bank on the loan taken.
