Tata Primanti Gurgaon introduces Possession Linked Plan Scheme PLP  (LIMITED PERIOD SPECIAL SCHEME ) for the period 25th Feb 2014 to 5th March 2014.

About Primanti, Sector 72, Gurgaon:

  • THE SCHEME IS VALID ONLY FOR BOOKINGS RECEIVED BY COMPANY FROM 25TH FEB 2014 TO 5TH MARCH 2014. To be eligible for the scheme, the application form should be complete with signatures on all pages, all required documents along with a current dated cheque for the booking amount.

 

Special Offer:

Option 1 WE SHALL REDUCE PLC CHARGES BY 50%

Option 2 – An amount equivalent to 50% of PLC charges can also be reduced from the Scheme Premium

(The adjustment in scheme premium can be done to a maximum of Rs. 400/- per sq. ft.)

For e.g.: PLC on 23rd Floor is Rs 780 per sq. ft. In this case, we can either reduce the PLC charges to Rs 390 per sq. ft. or reduce the Scheme Premium of the apartment by Rs 390/- per sq. ft.
